Volunteer at IFEHC

You must submit a letter of interest stating the following:

1. Date
2. Your name and contact information.
3. How many hours you want to volunteer and your availability.
4. Your experience in the setting, including what other opportunities you have pursued. Note that experience is not a requirement. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate having exhausted other available opportunities.
5. Your goals (e.g., fulfilling requirements or learning about the field). Note that there is not a "correct" answer. IFEHC simply wants to be in a position to help motivated applicants fulfill their professional goals.
6. How IFEHC can help.
7. Acknowledgement of HIPAA and agreement to abide by it.
8. Agreement to follow undergo mandatory training and comply with all rules.
9. Two appropriately qualified references who are qualified to speak to your trustworthiness and to state that you are responsible.
10. Consent to a post-offer background check and post-offer reference check.
11. Availability to interview

In addition to submitting a letter of interest, all applicants must undergo a telephone interview. Applicants are required to maintain a clean criminal record for the last five (5) years. Exceptions can be made with supporting documentation. Expunged actions will not be held against applicant(s).
