Must have a ramp or graduated slope that is wheelchair accessible.
For veterans to be received by our intake specialist or by the doctor. This room must be separate from the exam room and include 3 or more chairs.
Must be an enclosed room with 4 walls and a door. Must contain an exam/adjustment/massage table of some sort and a table/desk/countertop for the provider to put their laptop during the exam process as well as a chair with back for Doctor to sit. Extra chair in case Veteran brings someone with him. Must be able to fit up to three people without difficulty.
Must be no less than 32 inches and doors must be able to fully close.
Please send photo of entire restroom with sink and doorway. Handrails should be visible.
Restroom door must be wide enough for wheelchair go through. No less than 32”.
