Statement against Self-Referrals and Kickbacks
IFEHC makes all efforts possible to avoid any appearance of self-referral or kickbacks. For examinee care, it allows examinees the options of going to outside labs when applicable. When provider consultations are needed, IFEHC will have ready a preferred provider list. For employees, IFEHC contracts with outside services to provide medical clearance and otherwise to provide for employee healthcare. It is made clear to employees that they have an option of going elsewhere.
