Lookout Paid Internship: How to Apply

Application Checklist:

The completed application is due by the established due date. Applications will be accepted for one more week but will be charged a late fee of $50. Materials do NOT need to be submitted together

Materials can be submitted by e-mail (info@ifehc.com), fax (208-932-4935), or mail (Attn: Medical Director, 2539 Channing Way, Suite #260).

A strong application and interview will reflect familiarity with our vision, mission, and goals.

Please provide an up-to-date transcript and applicable test scores. To expedite the process, you may submit an unofficial copy of the transcript. However, any offer is NOT final until IFEHC receives an official transcript directly from your academic institution.

Test scores will only be considered if applicants have taken applicable exams. If you have taken applicable exams (e.g., MCAT for medical school), you are obligated to provide a test score transcript. If you have NOT taken applicable exams, you should have a qualified individual who knows you well (e.g., an academic advisor) directly send to IFEHC a letter attesting to the claim you have NOT taken the applicable tests. You may provide an unofficial copy of scores as part of initial application process but must supply an official test transcript directly from the administrators of the exam.

Please submit this to two individuals you know in a professional capacity who are qualified to speak to as many attributes as possible. We strongly suggest you only ask individuals who would be comfortable sharing the contents of the letter. Please indicate to the latter writer if you have waived the right to view the letter of recommendation.
