The Idaho Falls Employment Health Clinic's (IFEHC's) Department of Transportation (DOT) Clinic provides medical examinations for the FMCSA-NRCME Department of Transportation (DOT)-Commercial Driver's License (CDL) cards for truck and bus drivers. However, we more broadly refer to this program as the Employment Health Clinic because of the wide array of services rendered. We offer working adults an employment health clinic open late hours. We charge low prices (listed on the Home page). We use the proceeds to fund our outreach efforts: Accessible Clinic, Paid Internship, and Consumer Advocacy campaigns.
Same day appointments are most likely if you reside in the immediate surrounding area: Idaho Falls, Roberts, Ucon, Ammon, Rexburg, Rigby, Shelley, Firth, Chubbuck, Blackfoot, Fort Hall, Inkom, Pocatello, McCammon, Downey, Preston, Malad, Portage, Tremonton, or Logan. However, IFEHC aims to serve the entire non-Coastal West and will do its best to accommodate individuals from Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, and Nevada.
