Idaho Falls Employment Health Clinic's (IFEHC's) Employment Health Clinic currently offers consultation in the following medicolegal areas.
To referring physicians and referred patients, we are flattered you thought of us. Please be advised of the following:
(1) At no point does Dr. Boren or IFEHC, PLLC guarantee it accepts a case until patients/examinees have been told so.
(2) Even if a service is free, IFEHC reserves the right to charge a fully refundable (minus the cost of refunding) retainer. IFEHC has the right to wait at least 180 days after the service(s) conclude to refund. The purpose of this retainer is to deter individuals from abusing resources, including time.
(3) For medical exams, Dr. Boren is an independent medical examiner. He is NOT a "yes-man". If you are here for a medical exam, you should expect to be given random drug tests with which you are expected to cooperate immediately. As an independent medical examiner, Dr. Boren should be treated as a legal witness.
