You probably noticed how difficult it is to find the street address of the clinic. This is intentional. We want to discourage people from showing up unannounced. Idaho Falls Employment Health Clinic, PLLC, or IFEHC; makes it a point that it is by appointment only. This helps IFEHC uphold a number of its values. Neighboring facilities such as Mountain View or EIRMC have the technical capabilities to handle certain cases that IFEHC does not currently have. The Medical Director wants to ensure everyone finds an optimal fit. It brings about quality by allowing sufficient time for encounters. During a pandemic, it helps minimize spread of pathogens. It helps safeguard privacy by not having patients/examinees sit in waiting areas together. If you are a solicitor, you threaten all of our values and are not welcome on premises.
You are hereby advised of the following. In seeking services at IFEHC, you agree to abide by the applicable policies. In seeking continued services at IFEHC, you agree to any updates to applicable policies as well as to any new applicable policies. For details; please see the Home Page (IFEHC.com/Home) as well as the Terms of Service, Release from Liability, Notice of Privacy Practices, Telehealth Agreement, and other documents listed in the patients/General Documents (IFEHC.com/general-documents) section. You may also contact the clinic at any of the contact information listed in this section. Note that the HIPAA Compliance Officer oversees the privacy policies. You should ask questions if you do not understand the policies. You may propose amendments to IFEHC's policies. IFEHC makes no guarantee it can honor all request(s) for accommodations. IFEHC must take into account applicable statutes, clinic policies, the interests of other patients/examinees and other third parties, and IFEHC's means to implement such proposed change(s).
